Yes! Your interview will be uploaded to a secure, online media-sharing service. You can share your story with a limited audience, or make it available to anyone with a link to your interview.
I'm interested in understanding my family history. If I purchase a package, can you interview someone in my family?
Yes, as long as the individual permits us to interview them, you may purchase the package and even assist in scheduling it on their behalf.
Can more than one person be interviewed at the same time?
We specialize in individual conversations and believe they produce the best quality interviews for you and your family. If spouses or other loved ones prefer to be interviewed together, please contact us to discuss special pricing and considerations.
Can I make special requests to discuss or avoid specific topics?
Before the interview, you or a loved one will complete a brief questionnaire to assist us. While we strive to accommodate special request(s), we prefer to handle interviews as organic conversations. We cannot guarantee that certain topics will be (or won’t be) discussed.
Can other loved ones be present during the interview?
Unless there are medical concerns or other special circumstances, we do not recommend others observe or participate in the interview.
How do I listen to or watch the completed interview?
Interviews will be processed and uploaded to a secure media-sharing service. You can share, download, or stream the interview using a web browser or app. Physical media (USB, CD, DVD) are available and can be provided for an additional fee.
How long does this process take?
Most interviews can be completed and provided to you within 30 days.
